MELVIN GAUSLING May 2, 1950-July 29, 2017 Melvin Gausling, 67, passed away July 28, 2017, after a long battle with cancer. Mel was preceded in death by his son, Tanner; parents, Melvin and Doris Gausling; and father-in-law, Joe Woodring. After serving in the U.S. Marine Corps, Mel moved to Las Vegas and worked as a bartender for many years. Mel is survived by his wife, of many years, Jody Gausling; and siblings, Sharon, Linda,Mike, Kathy, David, Mark and Nancy; and numerous nieces and nephews. Celebration of his life will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 6, at the Leatherneck Club, 4360 W. Spring Mountain Road.
